As much as we regret doing so, we must charge more for the time it takes to drive outside the Rochester area.  The same holds true for a larger house, as it will take more time to inspect due to its increased size.  We are very flexible in "border-line" cases, where you may be just into the next pricing category.  Please let us know if this is your case.
